We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming Ouissal Online Workshop on “Finance & Controlling”! This workshop provides you with the opportunity to learn more about finance and controlling in your business.
Workshop focus:
- Introduction to the financial reporting structure of companies
- Balance sheet, income statement/P&L, Cashflow statement
- Cashflow, Sales revenues, EBIT, Return on investment
- Profitability, liquidity, financial strength
- Which Key performance indicators are important to measure the company’s success?
- The idea of company value, customer value, and employee value

With a degree in Business Administration, Business Education, and Business Psychology, I am a certified management coach (DVCT) dedicated to enhancing organizational leadership and development.
Since 2005, I have leveraged my expertise as a freelance trainer, coach, and consultant for corporate management and management development.
My focus areas: business development, controlling & leadership, team development, interviewing, and coaching.
