Female leaders can apply as mentors and mentees. On July 6, we kicked off applications to the cross-cultural mentoring program named Ouissal. Female leaders can apply as mentors and mentees from 10 countries around the Mediterranean and Germany. Application deadline is 24 July!

The Tandem Model: Voluntary and personal support of mentors for mentees. An experienced person (mentor) voluntarily supporting an inquisitive person (mentee) for one year. This model promotes a familiar exchange without hierarchy, resulting in a win-win situation.

Mentees must fulfill some requirements in the areas of career, tandem relationship, and language in order to participate in the Ouissal mentoring program.
