Application Mentors


By completing this form, you do not only describe who you are and what you do, but also explain why you want to be a mentor in the Ouissal program. In addition, you demonstrate that you want to get to know young and dynamic junior entrepreneurs and that you want to share your expertise with them. In addition to this form, your resume can also be submitted and alternatively your LinkedIn or XING accounts can be noted.


To participate in Ouissal, you should comply with following requirements:

  • Being a managing director of a self-founded company or for several years in a leading position

  • Interested in cultural, economic and social diversity of the Arab world

  • Would like to share your own expertise and acquired know-how with a young entrepreneur from Tunisia or Morocco as well as to exchange ideas with other mentors

  • Willing to invest about 2 hours per week in tandem work and to communicate regularly with your partner throughout the mentoring program (intensity and frequency can be adapted to individual needs and weekly agendas)

  • Ready to travel to the designated kick-off meetings either to Morocco (8-13 December 2019) or Tunisia (19-24 January 2020) and to visit the German-Arab Women's Forum in Berlin (autumn 2020)

Further remarks: 

The costs of participating in this program (accommodation, meals, transport, workshops and social program) will be covered.
