Nowadays, branding has become a staple way of doing business successfully. Our guest speaker and expert Fedy Ramzy has introduced our Ouissal participants, on May 21, 2020, to several strategies and tips in order to make better use of social media, during a webinar named “boosting your business using personal branding on social media”. The weekly webinars are not only an occasion during it participants could share their thoughts, motivations, and challenges but also learning new strategies, technologies, and theories. On the 30th of April, 2020, we had the pleasure to have Dr. Bahia Bejar-Ghadhab, founder of Performance Innovation Qualité PIQ in Tunisia who presented value-based management, which is a management approach for improving organizational performance.
With around half of humanity now under lockdown, many of us had to find innovative ways in order to continue to make remote work more effective. That is why we have organized along with our host Hannah Ellermann a webinar that would introduce participants to several online meeting facilitation platforms, along with tips to master working from home. Our Ouissal mentees from Tunisia and Morocco shared the challenges that they are facing and brainstormed to help each other by suggesting potential solutions to these problems.
Many businesses nowadays face challenges related to coping with an increasing demand for virtual work, yet do not know how to navigate remote communication. In order to help the Ouissal's participants with that, our great mentor, Daniela Greiffendorf, has organized a webinar, on the 14th of May, 2020, under the name of “Remote Communication” aiming at introducing the audience to different communication models, and providing tips and tricks on how to engage in an effective and efficient distant communication.
